Asia Water Council 1st General Assembly

As part of the role to provide representation for Australian partners and expertise, Australian Water Partnership CEO, Gary Jones, will be in attendance at the Asia Water Council 1st General Assembly on 24–26 March in Bali, Indonesia, to ensure there is long-term opportunity for engagement with Australia.

The aim of the General Assembly (GA) is to discuss and approve the constitution and operation plan of the Asia Water Council, which will provide an opportunity to see the big picture and its future plan.

The meeting will provide a valuable and unique opportunity to exchange and discuss water related business issues with participants in the GA, and with organisations exhibiting and sharing their technologies, strategies, businesses or products.

The AWC has actively prepared to open a new era to resolve water challenges in Asia with practical measures and appropriate technologies based on professional knowledge and abundant experiences of its seven committees.
