Simon’s experience covers a broad range of water resources-related technical functions including modelling, innovative research, policy development and capacity building. Drawing on this technical expertise, he has been responsible for managing large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver multi-million dollar water resources and climate change related projects for donors including the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, USAID and the Mekong River Commission.

Simon was previously International Program Manager of Alluvium Consulting’s international subsidiary, Alluvium International, where he remains as a Director. Before this he was Nepal country coordinator for the International Center for Environmental Management.
