Neal joined the AWP team in January 2021. Neal is a program performance and quality specialist in international development. His expertise covers aid program design, management, and reporting with a focus on Monitoring and Evaluation systems.

Neal has over twenty years’ experience in international development and before joining AWP he worked for the Office of Development Effectiveness in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Neal holds an MA Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands, and a BEc/BSc from the Australian National University.
