After spending more than a decade working in media and digital marketing since the birth of Google in 1998, Raymond has witnessed the evolution of online marketing and Search Engine Marketing as well as the immense growth and current ubiquity of social media. Prior to working at the Australian Water Partnership, Raymond was the digital director at Ogilvy One in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where he worked on multimillion-dollar brands like Nestle, Malaysia Airlines, Johnny Walker, Guinness Anchor.

Raymond knows what truly drives conversions and it’s not mastering marketing the flavour of the week. It’s how well you tell your story and connect with the people you’re trying to help. His motto is “Serve first, and all else will fall in place”.
