Richardson Consulting Pty Ltd was founded in late 2023 by Stuart Richardson (sole Director) to provide independent services in groundwater resource management and management of multi-disciplinary projects. Richardson Consulting builds on Stuarts 30+ years of experience in Basin-scale groundwater assessments, working on-ground with stakeholders and development of water management policy.

Australian Water Partnership, Myanmar. Expert peer reviewer (on behalf of the Australian government) for a comprehensive water resource assessment of the Irrawaddy River Basin.
United Water, Bandung ASR Feasibility Assessment, Indonesia. Led an assessment of the feasibility of implementing ASR schemes within the Bandung Basin within Central West Java.
SA Water, Tanjung Priok, Indonesia. Led an engineering and financial due diligence assessment of the Tanjung Priok water supply system that provides water to the main port of Jakarta.
Clark Special Economic Zone, Philippines. Project Manager for detailed water resource investigation within the former Clark Airforce Base in the Philippines. The project aimed to determine whether the available water resource (surface water and groundwater) could meet future demand.
Vivendi, Philippines. Project Manager for the development of a groundwater management plan for the Clark wellfield in the Philippines. The wellfield is operated by Vivendi and provides water for residential, commercial and industrial users within the Clark Special Economic Zone.
