Brett Tucker established Blackwatch Consulting in 2016 following a successful 26 years of operations and Chief Executive roles in the water and agricultural sectors. Blackwatch specialises in providing high end technical and strategic advice to public and private water utilities as well as the private contracting market seeking to do business in the water sector. Brett and his highly experienced colleagues form, disband and reform project teams to tackle bespoke project briefs that traditional consulting firms struggle to accommodate given the timeframes and subject matter requirements. A common thread through these project engagements and expert panel memberships is to bring commercial disciplines to public sector decision-making, and on the flip side, help market participants appreciate and work with public sector accountabilities.
