Predominantly working with local governments and water authorities, CCB Envico has specialist expertise with water industry projects involving the design & construction of water and wastewater infrastructure. Since operation CCB Envico has developed a diverse range of experience in the following industries: Water, Process Facilities, Defense, International Aid, Education and Heritage Restoration.

Established by the current Directors in 2003, CCB Envico has developed a reputation for delivering complex projects both in Australia and overseas. Projects

  • Dubbo Sewerage Treatment Plant Upgrade
    Augmentation and expansion of an existing WWTP which includes inlet works, chemical dosing, IDEA tanks, disinfection system and enlarging the existing sludge lagoons. ($22M AUD)
  • Rehabilitation of the Colombo Waste Water Treatment Pump Stations
    Rehabilitation of 6 pump stations including the design, construction and commissioning and handover of a new preliminary treatment area and introduction of new pumps to pump sewage cater for the retention of grit and screenings. ($8.3M AUD)
  • Pohnpei Sewerage Treatment Plant Augmentation
    D&C upgrade and expansion of 5.1 ML/D STP in the Federated States of Micronesia including two aeration tanks each with a central clarifier and outfall hypochlorite dosing plus separate sludge digester. The project also incorporated works to the ocean and refurbishment of 8 pump stations with new submersible pumps and power configurations. ($7M USD)
  • Ebeye Water Sanitisation Project
    Upgrade and expand the island’s water supply and wastewater infrastructure including a lagoon outfall, reticulated sewerage system, rising mains, pump stations, screening facilities, rehabilitation of existing manholes, an elevated reservoir and pump station building, saltwater reticulation for toilet flushing and for fire hydrants and the installation of new pre-paid water meters throughout the island. The expected outcome of the project is improved access to safe water and improved sanitation in order to reduce the incidence of waterborne diseases on Ebeye. ($10M AUD)
  • Kiritimati Pipeline
    Supply and installation of 3.5km pipeline from London to Decca, three freshwater lens infiltration galleries and pump station, Kiritimati Island, Kiribati. ($2.2M AUD)
  • Construction of approximately 850m of DN200 PVC PN16 potable water pipeline and including installation of all associated valves, pits, fittings, connections, thrust blocks and marker posts at Tasahe. Construction of approximately 5,500m of DN280 PE100 potable water pipeline including installation of all associated valves, pits and fittings, connections, thrust walls and marker posts. Construction of bridge and steam crossings along pipeline. ($4M AUD)
