Founder, Melissa Houghton is an astute executive with over 20 years’ experience delivering business, sustainability and communication strategies for well-known brands in publishing, finance, property, telecommunications, food manufacturing, among others.

Our organisation has a passion for building sustainability capacity and has been delivering capacity building programs across various sectors and regions for over 10 years. This has included working with the water sector having worked with UNSW Global Water Institute, Australian Water Partnership and Pacific Water and Wastewater Association on various projects.

We are highly experience facilitators and are able ask the right questions to build collaboration and corporation amongst multiple stakeholders. We are experts in communication, stakeholder engagement and behaviour change. We have also worked with governments, private sector and NGO’s and understand the drivers and nuances for each of these.
