Grantus is a consultancy that works with clients to leverage government funding to support the delivery of
sustainable water projects. We offer strategic funding advice to prepare clients for funding. We help
secure seed funding to undertake feasibility and business cases and then project manage the process
from concept through to funding. We work with the client to utilise their own expertise and or engage
specialists. We establish governance and risk management requirements, undertake stakeholder analysis
and facilitation and make sure the project remains accountable and transparent to the government and
community.
