EPM Consulting was first formed in early 2000 to deliver high quality, bespoke, strategy, program and governance expertise to a variety of government and private clients. Its Principal, Greg Oliver, brings experienced leadership and program management experience from over 20 years in senior executive management – in utilities, government agencies, R&D (research and development) and consulting.
With a focus on evidenced based analysis, EPM Consulting has highly developed capabilities across the policy cycle, including:
• converting policy direction into implementation strategies and operational programs
• developing and implementing institutional arrangements and/or organisational alignment
• establishing and robust corporate governance, risk management and program management

Having managed secretariat functions for several governance bodies, been a member of several executive management teams and managed the state government’s governance oversight functions for major water management authorities, Greg Oliver also has highly developed experience with and affinity for the establishment and management of corporate governance practices – in regard to best practice, regulatory compliance and corporate strategy effectiveness.
