  • Water Entitlements and Trading Project (China)
    AusAID funded project advising the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources on the development of a national framework for allocation and trading of water entitlements.
  • River Health and Environmental Flows Project (China)
    AusAID funded project advising the Chinese Ministries of Water Resources and Environmental Protection on the establishment of fameworks for assessing environmental flows and river health assessment. Included undertaking pilot assessments in a number of major river basins.
  • Local Management Arrangements for SunWater's Irrigation Channel Schemes (Australia)
    Queensland government project, reviewing options for management of government-owned irrigation distribution schemes. Included assessment of cost of ongoing government ownership, water pricing alternatives, and benefits, risks, and issues, associated with transferring the scheme to irrigator-owned entities.
  • Policy dialogue on Water Governance in Brazil
    Review of water allocation and water governance arrangements in Brazil on behalf of the National Water Authority.
  • WWF Gloabl Freshwater Program
    Provision of strategic and technical advice related to WWF’s freshwater programs in Asia, including in China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Indonesia, and the Mekong River basin. Responsibilities included strategic advice on program planning and design; technical support for work on water law reform, basin planning, environmental flows, river health assessment, river restoration, and climate change adaption; lead development of basin plan for Ramganga, India.
  • South East Queensland Regional Water Reform Project
    Advising South East Queensland Councils on regulatory, legal, and institutional reforms associated with the creation of new governance and institutional arrangements for urban water supply in South East Queensland.
