Outcome Harvesting Synthesis Report

The Outcome Harvesting Synthesis Report consolidates evidence from four Australian Water Partnership (AWP) Phase 3 activities undertaken across Cambodia, Nepal, the Mekong region, and the Pacific between late 2025 and early 2026. Together, these activities demonstrate how AWP’s strategic combination of credible technical expertise, diplomatic convening, flexible delivery modalities, and locally led collaboration is strengthening climate resilient water resource management (WRM) across the Indo-Pacific.
